Club and Course Membership Info
The Club and the Courses are two different entities. While Hazlehead Golf Club is a private members club, the courses are maintained and managed by Sport Aberdeen.
The objectives of the Club are to work closely together with Sport Aberdeen to:

Promote and facilitate competitive golf on the Hazlehead Golf Courses for members and the community

Promote and market the game of golf

Optimize utilization of the facilities provided by the Club and the Hazlehead Golf Courses.
Our subscriptions (pro-rata discounts apply if joining mid-season) are wholely used to fund the Hazlehead Competitions. In addition the fees also support:

Social and competitive amateur golf

Assisting a new player to obtain a handicap and finding partners in the competition

Maintaining a player's handicap

Having gained a handicap, entitlement to enter open golf competitions at other clubs

Access to hiring lockers and cart or buggy storage

Access to social events hosted regularly by the Club.
All our members have to pay to play on the courses, either by having a season pass or by paying a green fee when playing on the day.
